Opinion of the AEGIS Europe industrial Alliance on the evaluation and the revision of the Regulation (EU) 2019/452 sets out the EU framework for the screening of FDI into the EU

AEGIS Europe is an EU industry alliance of over 25 sectors, that represent the value chain from commodities (i.e. ferro-alloys, non-ferrous metals or ceramics) to end products (i.e. railway equipment, bicycle or solar panels), bringing together more than 20 European manufacturing associations. The alliance represents an annual turnover of more than €500 billion and accounts for over 1.6 million jobs across the EU.
